British Airways Resumes flights to Kuala Lumpur

British Airways is set to resume their much anticipated direct flights to Kuala Lumpur, reconnecting the UK with Malaysia’s vibrant capital city. 

Starting this April, the airline will operate flights between London Heathrow and Kuala Lumpur for the first time since the COVID-19 lockdown.

This service was originally scheduled to resume in late 2024; however, it was postponed due to operational setbacks, specifically the delay in delivery of the Rolls Royce engine parts. During this time, direct flights between London and Kuala Lumpur were solely operated by Malaysia Airlines.

According to flight schedules, the British Airways daily flights between London Heathrow and Kuala Lumpur will take off from LHR at 21:10 and land in KUL at 17:00 the following day, while another flight takes off from KUL at 23:10 and lands in LHR at 05:25 the next morning.
