Condor Airlines to launch Frankfurt–Gatwick flights in April 2026

Condor Airlines is expanding its European network with the introduction of a new connection between Frankfurt and London Gatwick, beginning in April 2026.

Known for offering affordable and frequent services, the German carrier will operate three daily flights on this new route. This marks the first time Condor will include the UK capital region in its network, strengthening links between two of Europe’s most important hubs.

The airline’s new schedule aims to provide seamless travel for both business and leisure passengers. Jonathan Pollard, Chief Commercial Officer at London Gatwick, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, stating that Condor’s arrival “creates an important gateway to Frankfurt for passengers across London and the South East.” He highlighted that Frankfurt is not only a major financial powerhouse but also a destination rich in culture, making these flights valuable for a wide range of travellers.

The new timetable includes convenient morning, afternoon, and evening departures. Early flights have a quick travel time of around 35 minutes, while later services operate with a slightly longer duration of about 2 hours and 30 minutes, depending on operational schedules.

Flight Schedule:
• DE4123 Frankfurt 08:20 → London Gatwick 08:55
• DE4122 London Gatwick 10:20 → Frankfurt 12:50
• DE4245 Frankfurt 14:00 → London Gatwick 14:35
• DE4244 London Gatwick 15:40 → Frankfurt 18:10
• DE4317 Frankfurt 18:15 → London Gatwick 18:50
• DE4316 London Gatwick 19:50 → Frankfurt 22:20

This expansion is just one part of Condor’s broader growth strategy. In December, the airline will restart its weekly nonstop Düsseldorf–Sulaymaniyah (ISU) service in northern Iraq, a route previously suspended due to Turkish airspace restrictions affecting German carriers. Looking ahead, Condor plans to launch another new destination in June 2026, connecting Frankfurt with Tbilisi (TBS), Georgia, further widening its reach across Europe and beyond.
