Norse Atlantic Airways, a Norwegian low-cost airline headquartered in Arendal, will operate a new Gatwick-Bangkok direct flight, starting in winter 2025.
The new Gatwick-Bangkok direct flight service will launch on October 26, offering up to four flights weekly and return fares starting from £295 with taxes.
Gatwick is Norse Atlantic’s UK base, which currently operates daily flights to key destinations across the Atlantic and to South Africa.
Bjørn Tore Larsen, the Chief Executive at Norse Atlantic Airways, said, “We’re excited to launch direct flights between London Gatwick and Bangkok, a top choice among our travellers.”
“This addition not only strengthens our network between Asia but also builds on existing routes from London Gatwick to destinations across the Atlantic and South Africa.”
“For us, it’s all about offering more travel options at great prices without compromising on comfort and service for those looking to enjoy a beautiful and warm winter sunshine destination.”
Since 2023, the carrier has served the Thai capital from Oslo, Norway.
In addition to the new direct London flights, it will launch a Stockholm-Bangkok service in winter 2025 as part of the airline’s expanded winter schedule.
