Emirates will add 19 more flights during the upcoming Eid Al Fitr holiday period across the region.
More than 150,000 customers across the region are expected to fly with the Emirates during this year’s Eid Al Fitr, with additional flights planned from Jeddah, Kuwait, Beirut and Amman.
From April 7–13, Emirates will operate seven extra flights to Jeddah. Customers of Emirates will have the chance to travel to locations like Dubai, London, and the Maldives, or to see friends and family in Colombo and Karachi thanks to the additional flights.
Emirates is adding six more flights to Kuwait from April 7–20 to meet the high demand for travel during that period to popular leisure destinations like Dubai, Bangkok, and Osaka, as well as to give passengers the chance to return home to Chennai, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and Peshawar. Beginning on May 2, Emirates will raise the number of weekly flights it offers to Bahrain to 22, in response to the growing demand for travel to and from the Kingdom.
In keeping with its rich Middle Eastern background and Eid customs, the airline will be providing passengers on flights leaving from Dubai with a specially designed Eid meal.
Travellers will have access to a wide range of content on Ice during Eid al Fitr, including over 2,000 international movies and up to 6,500 channels of on-demand entertainment. More than 100 Arabic movies, 46 channels with Arabic TV shows, and 15 channels of Arabic podcasts and audiobooks are also available to Emirates users.
