British Airways Starts a Flight and Holiday Sale

British Airways and British Airways Holidays launched their Original Sale today, offering flight and holiday savings for travel throughout 2023 and 2024.

Running from 11 – 30 May 2023, the sale features both short and long-haul destinations, with highlights including European beach holidays from £279pp, New York City breaks at £449pp and Caribbean resort stays from £579pp.

Flights

If you’re solely interested in transatlantic flights, you can get round-trip tickets to New York for £352, Orlando for £355, and Cincinnati for £499. Return tickets to Dubai start at £449 for those travelling east.

Customers can also choose to upgrade from World Traveller (long-haul economy) to World Traveller Plus (premium economy) for an additional £199 return. Long-haul passengers now have the choice to upgrade and get access to bigger seats, greater legroom, priority boarding, two meals, a complimentary bar, additional baggage space and a chic amenity package made from recycled plastic bottles.

Avios can also be saved by Executive Club members; two examples are round-trip tickets to Orlando for £165 + 42,900 Avios and to Dubai for £209 + 55,000 Avios.

Holiday packages

Customers who book their flight and hotel together can choose from a variety of alluring holiday packages offered by British Airways Holidays. Travellers may take weeklong vacations to Barbados, St. Kitts, and St. Lucia for as little as £679 per person, St. Kitts for $579 per person, and St. Lucia for $729 per person.

Three-night vacations in Dubai start at £499 per person, while seven-night trips to Marrakech start at £279 per person. Customers may enjoy the sun closer to home in Tenerife for £279 per person, the Algarve for seven nights for $219 per person, plus Malta and Corfu for £289 per person.
