The final restriction on international travel to New Zealand has been removed.
Since New Zealand lifts the final Covid travel barrier, travellers flying to the country are no longer required to fill out a declaration form describing their Covid-19 vaccination status and travel history.
After New Zealand’s Covid restrictions were lifted on September 13, the change was confirmed in revised Foreign Office travel advice released on Friday.
This means that there are no longer any requirements for travellers to be fully vaccinated in order to travel to New Zealand.
The New Zealand government said: “Travellers are no longer required to complete a New Zealand Traveller Declaration to enter New Zealand.
“New Zealand’s Covid-19 entry requirements were removed on 20 October.”
Travellers no longer need to test for Covid on arrival, prove their vaccination status or provide information for contact tracing to enter the country.
